Compassionate Transport After Your Pet Loss
After your pet passes away, Aftercare For Pets will come either to your home or to the veterinary hospital to pick up your pet for transportation to our facility.
We are available to come to you during our regular business hours of:
- 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Monday through Sunday
Or we can make an emergency pick up any other time
- Day or night
- Weekends or holidays
Transportation fee includes pickup and return delivery:
- New York City: $75
For emergency pickups our fees are:
- New York City: $100
Aftercare For Pets will pick up pets all over New York City. We will come to you and place your pet gently in a basket cushioned with comfortable blankets. Every effort will be made to honor you and your pet and to provide a dignified transition.
When the time comes, you may either have your pet’s veterinarian call for us to make the pick up at the hospital, or you may call us directly at 1800-PETREST (738-7378).
